Boiled Sole with Butter - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Boiled Sole with Butter: Cut the boiled fish into pieces. Arrange on a platter with garnishing
of boiled potatoes. Dry the parsley in a towel. Heat the butter to a golden
colour. Add the minced parsley and vinegar (1 tsp for 3 or 4 portions).
Before pouring the butter over the the potatoes, drain off any fish stock
on the bottom of the platter.
