Boiled sole or halibut in sauce - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled sole or halibut in sauce:

500 g sole or 40 g vegetables and
halibut spices for savoury
200 g sauce stock

Cut the fish into portions and boil in savoury stock. Garnish with boiled potatoes.

Serve with egg-and-butter, tomato or capers sauce, or cold horseradish and vinegar sauce.
