Boiled sole or halibut with anchovy butter - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled sole or halibut with anchovy butter:

600 g sole or halibut 20 g anchovies or
40 g vegetables and herring
spices for savoury stock boiled potatoes
40 g butter

Boil the fish in savoury stock. Put a piece of anchovy or herring butter on each piece of fish. Serve garnished with boiled potatoes.
