Canned salmon or white salmon in white wine - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Canned salmon or white salmon in white
wine: 1 can (350g) salmon, 1 tblsp flour Put the fish in a saucepan. Add the cooked and cut mushrooms, the fish
juice and white wine. Cover and heat for 5 or 6 minutes. Transfer the
fish to a hot platter. Bring the stock to the boil. Stir in the flour
which has been combined with a tablespoonful of butter and mix until thoroughly
blended. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and add the
egg yolk blended with 1 to 1 ½ tablespoonful butter. Mix and add
salt to taste; strain. Before serving pour the sauce over the fish and
garnish with pieces of bread fried in butter or boiled potatoes.
