Canned sturgeon in sour cream with potatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Canned sturgeon in sour cream with potatoes:

1 can (350 g) sturgeon 2 tblsps butter
in tomato sauce 800 g potatoes
½ cupful sour cream minced greens

Cut the fish into pieces, put it in a shallow saucepan together with the sauce and add the sour cream. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 or 6 minutes. Serve on a hot platter garnished with buttered boiled potatoes. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with the minced greens. Pass cucumbers or pickles.
