Codfish Baked in Egg and Milk - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Codfish Baked in Egg and Milk:

500 g codfish 2 eggs
2 ½ tblsps flour 1 ½ cupsful milk
80 g boiled butter 600 g fried potatoes
80 g onion salt, pepper

Cut the filleted codfish into portions., Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Fry in boiled butter and then lay in baking pan. Put the fried potatoes around the fish. Add slightly browned onion. Beat the eggs, add the milk and flour and mix. Pour over the other ingredients and bake until crust is golden yellow.
