Codfish and onion fricassee - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Codfish and onion fricassee:

500 g filleted codfish salt, pepper minced
200 g onion greens
60 g vegetable oil

Cut the filleted codfish into small pieces. Dredge with salt and pepper. Slice the onion thin and sauté in the oil until golden yellow. Add the fish and fry until tender. Serve garnished with fried potatoes; sprinkle with the minced greens.
