Crucian carp in sour cream - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Crucian carp in sour cream:

600 g crucian carp carrot
400 g fish forcemeat dill
300 g sour cream sauce salt, pepper
onion

Scale, remove the intestines, wash and sprinkle the fish with salt and stand for one hour. Put the fish, onion, carrot and condiment in the fish pot and pour over stock. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour over sour cream sauce (see recipe for sturgeon baked in sour cream). Garnish with rounds of telnoye.
