Deep fried crumbed navaga - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Deep fried crumbed navaga:

500 g navaga 80 g dry bread crumbs
25 g flour fat for deep frying
1 egg 2 slices of lemon

Crumb the fish as directed in the recipe for deep fried crumbed sole. Fry in deep fat until almost done, then put the fish into a well-heated oven for 2 or 3 minutes. Garnish with the lemon and serve with fried potatoes.
