Dried roach and onion stewed in milk - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Dried roach and onion stewed in milk:

400 g dried roach 400 g milk
200 g onion or green minced greens
onions

Skin the dried fish. Remove the head, fins and intestines. Wash and stand in cold water for 1 hour. Wash again. Put the roach in a saucepan, sprinkle with minced onion (or green onions), pour in hot milk and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve the fish together with the milk and onion. Sprinkle with minced green parsley. Garnish with buttered beans, boiled or mashed potatoes.
