Fillet of sole or halibut in boiled fish sauce - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fillet of sole or halibut in boiled fish sauce:

600 g fillet of sole or 40 g white wine
halibut 40 g crabmeat
20 g onion 4 oysters
20 g parsley 320 g boiled fish sauce
120 g mushrooms 1 tsp salt

Butter a saucepan and put the fish in. Add stock, white wine, onion and parsley. Cover with a lid and steam. When tender serve garnished with mushrooms, crabmeat and oysters, and boiled potatoes. Add the boiled fish sauce to the fish liquor. Bring to the boil and simmer until it is of the required thickness and taste. Strain and pour over fish.
