Fried Breaded Fish - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried Breaded Fish:

750 g fish (500 g ½ cupful bread
filleted fish) crumbs
¼ cupful milk 100 g frying fat
2 tblsps flour lemon
1 egg salt pepper

Wash the prepared fish and wipe with a cloth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll each piece in flour. Dip in slightly beaten egg to which the milk has been added and then roll in bread crumbs. Fry the fish for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serve on a hot platter garnished with lemon slices and parsley greens. Mayonnaise and gherkins sauce or hot tomato sauce may be substituted for lemon. Serve garnished with salad, apple pickles, or mashed potatoes.

fried Breaded Zander, Bream, Carp crucian carp, navaga tench, smelt or sturgeon

Any of these or other fish may be used in the above recipe.
