Fried Fish - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried Fish:

750 g fish or 500 g Flour
filleted fish salt, pepper
2 tblsps vegetable oil minced parsley or dill

Prepare the fish, make a slit in the skin, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Fry the fish in the oil browning on both sides, then oven-fry, 10 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with minced parsley or dill. Garnish with fried potatoes, buckwheat or barley kasha salad of sauerkraut or red cabbage, cucumbers, pickles or tomatoes. Pass tomato sauce.
