Fried codfish with green peppers and tomatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried codfish with green peppers and tomatoes:

500 g codfish 200 g green peppers
25 g flour 20 g lemon rind
80 g vegetable oil salt, pepper
600 g fresh tomatoes

Shred, scald and drain the lemon rind and sauté slightly in the vegetable oil. Add the peppers cut into thin strips. Slightly brown the tomato sliced 1 cm thick. Cut the filleted codfish into portions, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll in flour and sauté in oil. Lay the fried fish on the fried tomatoes and the peppers and lemon rind, on the fish. Serve garnished with rice.
