Fried salt roach - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried salt roach:

600 g salt roach 40 g vegetable oil
25 g flour minced parsley or dill

Soak the roach for 3-4 hours then wash, wipe and roll in flour. Fry in the oil, brown both sides. Put the pan in a hot oven and bake until tender. Serve garnished with fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, or stewed cabbage. Sprinkle with the minced parsley.

Fried salt cod, zander, bream or carp-like-fish

Any of these fish may be substituted in the above recipe.
