Fried sprats - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Fried sprats: 500 g sprats 60 g vegetable oil Clean, wash and dry the sprats with a cloth. Sprinkle with salt then dip in egg and flour batter. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the sprats. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes or stewed green peas. Separately pass tomato sauce.
