Fried sturgeon with tomatoes and onions - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Fried sturgeon with tomatoes and onions: 750 g fish (500 g 2 tblsps flour Dip the prepared fish in milk to which salt and pepper have been added.
Roll in the flour. Fry the fish in butter. Wash and cut the tomatoes in
half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry separately. (canned tomatoes
may be used). Clean and cut the onion into rings and also fry separately.
Serve the fish on a hot platter with fried onions heaped on each piece
and the tomatoes on both sides. Pour the butter over the fish. Sprinkle
with minced green parsley or dill. Garnish with boiled or fried potatoes
or fried marrow.
