Hot-smoked sea bass with potatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Hot-smoked sea bass with potatoes:

600 g hot smoked sea 600 g potatoes
bass 40 g butter

Put the whole fish or portions in a saucepan. Add a little stock, cover and simmer until hot. Pour melted butter over and serve with boiled potatoes.
