Parboiled fish with steamed sauce - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Parboiled fish with steamed sauce:

1 kg fish 600 g boiled potatoes
1 onion 1 ½ cupsful steamed
1 carrot sauce
2 bay leaves 1 lemon
5 peppercorns herbs
40 g parsley

Fillet the fish but do not skin. Cut into portions. Parboil in water, add salt, condiments and vegetables as directed in the recipe for boiled fish. Garnish with chunks of boiled potatoes. Pour over steamed sauce and heat. Decorate with slices of lemon and parsley greens. Pass tomatop sauce separately if desired.
