How to Cook & Prepare Pike boiled in brine:

500 g pike 200 g pickled
savoury stock(see cucumber brine
above) 200 g brine sauce

Add the brine to the boiling savoury stock. Lay the fish skin upward in saucepan in one layer, pour over savoury stock to cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with boiled potatoes. Serves four.
