fry in vegetable oil till brown and crisp on both sides. Bake in the oven
till done. Arrange the fried fish slantwise in a single row in a casserole.
Pour over boiled fish sauce and sour cream. Cream with a lid and braise
for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve the fish with the sauce poured over and sprinkled
with the minced parsley, dill and green onions. Garnish with wheat, barley
or buckwheat cereal, boiled , fried or mashed potatoes
