Salt roach stewed in sour cream - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Salt roach stewed in sour cream :

600 g salt roach 120 g sour cream
25 g flour green onions and
40 g vegetable oil greens
400 g boiled fish sauce

Wash the soaked salt roach and dry it with a towel. Dust with flour and fry in vegetable oil till brown and crisp on both sides. Bake in the oven till done. Arrange the fried fish slantwise in a single row in a casserole. Pour over boiled fish sauce and sour cream. Cream with a lid and braise for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve the fish with the sauce poured over and sprinkled with the minced parsley, dill and green onions. Garnish with wheat, barley or buckwheat cereal, boiled , fried or mashed potatoes
