Sauteed codfish - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Sauteed codfish: 800 g codfish 1 ½ cupsful tomato Cut the fish into steaks. Saute in oil till golden yellow and transfer
to a hot platter. Finely slice the onion and garlic and sauté in
the oil. Add the tomato sauce and parsley. Bring to the boil and pour
over the fish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and garnish with the olives.
