Sea bass in tomato sauce - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sea bass in tomato sauce:

600 g fillet of sea bass 120 g mushrooms
40 g carrot, onion, and 300 g tomato sacue
parsley ½ lemon
4 crayfish or 40 g Greens
crabmeat potatoes (optional)

Cut the fillet into portions and steam. Garnish with boiled potatoes, boiled mushrooms and pieces of crabmeat. Pour over tomato sauce (see p.88). Put a slice of lemon on each piece of fish. Sprinkle with minced parsley.

Codfish, burbot, zander, pike or catfish with tomato sauce

Substitute any of these fish in the above recipe
