Smoked sprats and egg - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Smoked sprats and egg:

400 g hot smoked 40 g butter or
sprats vegetable oil
4 eggs

remove the heads and intestines and skin the sprats. Heat the sprats in individual frying pans with butter. Pour beaten egg over the fish, cover with a lid and fry.
