Smoked sprats in sour cream - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Smoked sprats in sour cream:

320 g smoked sprats 100 g onion
200 g sour cream Allspice

Remove the heads, skin and intestines of the sprats and wash. Bring the sour cream to the boil and add grated onion, a dash of ground allspice and pepper. Heat the sour cream to the boiling point again, add the sprats and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
