Sole or halibut fricassee - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sole or halibut fricassee:

600 g filleted sole or 600 g fried potatoes
halibut 400 g tomatoes
25 g flour 4 g garlic
120 g vegetable oil salt, pepper
or boiled butter minced parsley
200 g onion
Cut the fillet of sole or halibut into large noodle-like strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roll in flour. Sauté in the vegetable oil or boiled butter. When the fish is done mix with the potatoes and onions which have been fried separately. Serve garnished with halves of fried tomatoes. Sprinkle with mixture of the minced parsley and garlic.
