Sole or halibut fried with tomatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sole or halibut fried with tomatoes:

500 g sole or halibut 600 g tomatoes
60 g vegetable oil or salt, pepper
boiled butter minced parsley
25 g flour

Cut the skinned and boned fish into portions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roll in flour. Fry in vegetable oil or boiled butter. Peel the tomatoes, cut inhalves, remove the seeds and fry. Serve in the frying pan topped with the tomatoes.
