Sparts fried with tomato paste - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sparts fried with tomato paste:

400 g filleted sprats 40 g vegetable oil
40 g tomato paste 25 g butter
25 g flour minced dill
1 egg salt
40 g dry bread crumbs

Spread tomato paste on the inside of one fillet, sprinkle with salt and cover with the other fillet. Roll the two fillets in flour, dip in beaten egg and then roll in dry bread crumbs. Fry in the vegetable oil until done. Serve with garnishing of fried or boiled potatoes. Sprinkle with the minced dill.
