Sprats stewed in milk - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sprats stewed in milk:

500 g sprats 400 g milk
120 g onion 40 g vegetable oil

Clean the fresh sprats. Lay them in a saucepan two deep alternating with layers of sliced onion. Pour over cold milk and vegetable oil. Cover the saucepan with a lid. Simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Garnish with boiled potatoes.
