Sturgeon Baked with Potatoes and Onions - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Sturgeon Baked with Potatoes and Onions: 500 g sturgeon 60 g vegetable oil, Cut the fish into portions and lay in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add finely cut and slightly browned onions. Cover with slices of boiled or raw potatoes. Pour over thin white sauce. Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake till done. Sprinkle with the minced parsley. Serve in casserole. Severuga, Beluga, Sole or Halibut Baked with Potatoes and Onions. Substitute any of these fish in the above recipe.
