Sturgeon Baked with Tomatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sturgeon Baked with Tomatoes:

600 g sturgeon 25 g cheese
400 g tomatoes 20 g butter or butter
120 g mushrooms margarine
40 g crabmeat 1 tsp salt
600 g tomato sauce minced parsley or dill


Steam the fish and place in a baking pan. Surround with halves of browned tomatoes. Top with cooked mushrooms and crabmeat. Pour over tomato sauce (see p.88). with the mushrooms and vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese and butter. Bake till brown. Sprinkle with the minced parsley or dill and serve in the baking dish.

Sevruga, Beluga, Sole or Halibut Baked with Tomatoes

Substitute any of these fish in the above recipe.
