Zander Baked in sour cream sacue - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Zander Baked in sour cream sacue: 500 g filleted zander 500 g sauce Wash, cut up and fry champignon (meadow) or morel mushrooms. Flour the
portions of filleted fish and fry. Transfer to a baking dish, surround
with fried mushrooms and pour over the sour cream sauce (see p.81). Sprinkle
with grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake till the crust is golden
brown. Before serving sprinkle with the minced dill or parsley.
