Beef Stew with Quince - Russian Meat RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Beef Stew with Quince: 400 g tenderloin, rump 2 tblsps butter Wash and cut the meat into pieces (3 or 4 per portion). Brown in butter
in a shallow saucepan. Add water to cover and braise for about an hour.
Pare and core the quince; cut into wedges and onion, salt and pepper.
Continue to cook until the meat is tender. Serve on a hot platter. Sprinkle
with minced parsley or dill.
