Boiled chicken with Cornel - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled chicken with Cornel:

½ chicken (500-600 g) 50 g raisins
100 g fresh cornel 1 tblsp sugar

Boil the chicken until tender, drain and cut into portions. Wash the raisins and cornel (seeded). Pour in just enough broth to cover the parries, add sugar and cover the saucepan with a lid, cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve the chicken with cornel gravy poured over.
