Braised Liver with Mushrooms - Russian Meat RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Braised Liver with Mushrooms: Cut the liver into pieces (3 or 4 per portion ) and sauté. Cut up the mushrooms which have been soaked and then boiled. Saute the mushrooms together with the onions sliced into rings. Put the liver, mushrooms and onions in a casserole.
