Casserole of Lamb with Pickled Cucumbers or Mushrooms - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Casserole of Lamb with Pickled Cucumbers or Mushrooms:

600 g lamb 150 g pickled cucumbers
60 g fat or 120 g pickled
400 g potatoes mushrooms
200 g carrots 3-4 cloves of garlic
40 g onion seasoning
120 g turnips

Cut the meat into portions and sauté with onion and carrots cut fine. Put them in a stoneware pot or casserole. Add meat juice, sliced carrots, turnips, potatoes and meat stock. Cook until the vegetables are almost done. Add the pickles or mushrooms, which have been shredded, and garlic. Season to taste and cook until done. Pickled mushrooms must be washed in hot water before using.
