Casseroled Giblets - Russian Meat RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Casseroled Giblets: 500 g giblets 1 onion Prepare and wash the poultry giblets. Dredge with salt, sauté slightly, sprinkle with flour and fry a few minutes longer. Transfer to a shallow casserole, add the stock (or water), tomato puree, cover with a lid and simmer for ½ hour. Then add the potatoes which have been cut into chunks and fried, the vegetables and seasoning. Stir together carefully and cook for another ½ hour.
