Corned Beef with Horseradish Sauce - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Corned Beef with Horseradish Sauce:

500 g corned beef 1 onion
800 g potatoes 1 parsley
1 carrot 2 tblsps butter

Soak the corned beef and put the whole piece in a saucepan with cold water to cover. Bring to a boil and remove the scum. Add the onion and vegetable roots. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. When tender slice the meat, pour over horseradish sauce. Garnish with a puree of potatoes or peas, or boiled potatoes.
