Cutlets and Round Patties - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Cutlets and Round Patties:

500 g meat (boned) ¾ cupful milk or water
125 g white bread 2 tblsps butter
½ cupful bread crumbs salt, pepper

Prepare the meat following the directions given above. Shape into cutlets or round patties, dredge in bread crumbs and smooth with a kinfe. Fry the cutlets or patties in hot butter on both sides for 8 to 10 minutes. pour butter, sour cream, red or tomato sauce, Yuzhny or Lyubitelsky sauce may be passed. Garnish with fried or boiled potatoes, kasha, noodles or vegetables
