Fillet of Beef in Sour Cream with Onions - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fillet of Beef in Sour Cream with Onions:

500 g fillet of beef 1 tblsp flour
1 kg potatoes 1 tblsp Yuzhny sauce
½ cupful sour cream 3 tblsps butter
1 onion salt, pepper

Wash and trim the meat; allow one or two pieces per portion. Pound slightly, dredge with salt and pepper. Fry in butter over high heat, turning as soon as browned. In a separate frying pan, sauté a finely chopped onion, then add flour and continue to brown a little longer. Add the sour cream and meat juice. Cook this sauce for 3 to 5 minutes, add the Yuzhny sauce and taste to correct seasoning. Serve with sauce poured over. Garnish with fried potatoes.
