Ham with Tomatoes - Russian Meat Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Ham with Tomatoes:

500 g ham 3 tblsps butter
400 g tomatoes salt, pepper
1 tsp lemon juice minced greens

Slice and sauté the ham in butter. At the same time separately sauté the tomatoes cut in half and seasoned with salt and pepper. When done, put the tomatoes on the slices of ham, sprinkle with minced greens, pour over the lemon juice and serve at once in the pan.
