Braised Mushrooms - Russian Mushroom Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Braised Mushrooms:

500 g chanterelle, 3 tblsps butter
honey agaric, or 3 tblsps meat stock
brown-spored edible salt
meadow mushrooms minced greens

Clean, wash carefullyand boil the mushrooms in salt water. Drain thoroughly. Add hot butter and pour in the stock, cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with minced greens.
