Fried Edible Boletus with Onion Sauce - Russian Mushroom Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried Edible Boletus with Onion Sauce:

1 kg mushrooms 1 cupful sour cream
(young) salt
20 g onion

Wash the mushrooms and wipe the caps dry. Season with salt and sauté for 15 minutes in very hot butter, stirring frequently. Shred the onion, season with salt cream, bring to a boil and pour over mushrooms.
