Morels in Sour Cream - Russian Mushroom Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Morels in Sour Cream:

500 g morels 2 tblsps butter
1 cupful sour cream Salt
25 g cheese minced parsley
1 tsp flour

Having cleaned the soil off the stems, wash the mushrooms carefully. Plunge them into hot water and boil or 10minutes, then drain and rinse in cold water. Slice the mushrooms, season with salt and sauté in butter. Sprinkle with flour, sauté a little longer, add the sour cream and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with grated cheese, dot with butter and bake. When done garnish with minced parsley.
