Mushrooms in Sour Cream - Russian Mushroom Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Mushrooms in Sour Cream:

500 g mushrooms 2 tblsps butter
½ cupful sour cream salt
25 g cheese minced parsley or dill
1 tsp flour

Clean, wash and scald the mushrooms. Drain in a strainer, slice, season with salt and sauté in butter. Just before they are done, sprinkle with flour and mix. Add the sour cream and boil. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake. Sprinkle with minced parsley or dill before serving
