Sauteed Brown Mushrooms with Sour Cream - Russian Mushroom Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sauteed Brown Mushrooms with Sour Cream:

500 g mushrooms ¼ cupful sour cream
3 tblsps butter salt, pepper
1 onion minced dill

Clean and wash the mushrooms carefully and then drain thoroughly. Saute in half the butter. Mince the onion, add butter and sauté. Mix the onion and mushrooms and continue to sauté for 40 to 50 minutes. Add the sour cream and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with dill
