Baked Pelmeni - Russian Pelmeni Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Baked Pelmeni:

10 pelmeni 5 g cheese
30 g sour cream 2 g butter

Put the poached or fried pelmeni in an individual portion frying pan, pour over sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and butter and brown in the oven. Serves one.
