Boiled Batter Kletski - Russian Soup RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Boiled Batter Kletski: Bring the broth, butter and salt to the boil, stir in the flour (mannacroup).
Mix steadily with a whisk. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes if flour is used and
for 5 to 6 minutes if mannacroup is used. Remove from the heat, add eggs
and mix thoroughly.
