How to Cook & Prepare Broth with Drop Dumplings:

When the meat or chicken broth is nearly ready, prepare the batter for the kletski. Drop pieces of batter into the broth with a teaspoon that has been dipped in water. Cook for 1 or 2 minues after the dumplings rise to the top. A batter made with ½ cupful of flour, mannacroup or 3 potatoes will be sufficient for 2 litres of broth.
