Broth with chicken drop dumplings - Russian Soup Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Broth with chicken drop dumplings :

1 ½ litres clear ¼ cupful milk
broth 1 slice white bread
100 g chicken meat salt
1 egg white minced parsley

Mince the chicken meat, add egg white, bread, which has been soaked in milk and squeeazed, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and force through the mincer again, once or twice. Add milk a tablespoonful at a time mixing continuously, blend. Beat with a paddle and sift through a strainer. With a spoon drop little balls into hot salt water. When cooked, the dumplings will rise to the top. Put dumplings in each plate. Pour over broth and sprinkle with the parsley before serving
